We are involved in Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks Project consulting. The critical components of the project will be imported from china , where as the other items and civil scope will be sourced from India.

The capacities of the project varies from 150 CM per day to 500 CM per day and the total approximate project cost will vary from Rs. 10 Crs to Rs.15 Crs(excluding land value)

We are involved in Full y automatic Bricks Project consulting. The major machinery of the projects are imported from China, where as the civil scope is in India.

The capacities of the projects and their approximate total project cost ( excluding land ) is as follows

1. 20000 Bricks/shift = Rs. 70 Lakhs
2. 30000 Bricks/shift= Rs. 99 Lakhs
3. 50000 Bricks/shift=Rs 130 Lakhs

These machines are suitable for the rural part of India and brick machines of capacities of 8000 to 10000 bricks per shift are very good.

The machineries(brick making machine + mixture machine + conveyer belt + Automatic PLC unit + hydraulic unit) are imported and the landing cost of machineries along with import duties and C&F charges is likely to be around Rs. 8 Lakhs.

Our AAC Blocks offer all the benefits of light weight CLC blocks as discussed above, but to a greater degree of accuracy, quality and perfection. This is possible as AAC blocks have a lower density of 650KG/CM compared to the 800 Kg/CM of CLC blocks

We have following sizes of AACBlocks to facilitate quicker & quality construction of 8”, 6” and 4” walls.

This project is having varied options. Depending on the size requirement the project cost can vary from 20 Lakhs to 80 Lakhs.

60% of the investment will go towards moulds sets.
